The house has a beautiful location, is beautifully laid out and offers a great view. You have absolute peace here.
There was enough space for the four of us and even if we had two more children, it would have been fine. The house is not located directly on the water, but that didn't bother us as the walk to the jetty is only about five minutes. The water was cold, but quite clean.
The house itself has everything you need and are used to at home. A supermarket is less than five minutes away by car. Kolding city center is about 15 minutes away and a large mall is about 20 minutes away.
Nothing the house or the landlord could do... Due to the heat, we had an unusually large number of flying ants, which were a bit annoying on the first evening.
